Abstract
Through the analysis of reducing trend of annual precipitation, entry water and water resources quantity, and increasing trend of total water consumption in Xingtai of Hebei Province, main measures are proposed to remit the resource shortage crisis, such as implementing the most stringent water resource management, strengthening water saving, taking full advantage of reuse water, salt water and transfering water from other basins.关键词
