Abstract
With the development of industry and agriculture and the people , s living standards gradually improved, water consumption increases significantly, forward water deficit will increase, and the water will become an important limiting factor of the development of towns. Therefore, it is possible to build small reservoirs in the plain and to conserve water sources. Several conditions of small reservoirs building in Xianghe County are analyzed from present water demand, surface water quantity, influence for downstream and environmental benefit and economic benefit of irrigation, and also suggestion of building small plain reservoirs as early as possible is proposed.关键词
