Abstract
Through a long time accumulated experience of total nitrogen determination, various influence factors of total nitrogen determination by alkaline potassium persulfate digestion are analyzed, such as potassium persulfate purity, experimental water purity, digestion amount, digestion pressure and time, alkaline potassium persulfate depositing time, and laboratory environment, etc. Also, relevant control measures are proposed to ensure accurate and reliable analysis result of total nitrogen.关键词
