摘要

Abstract

Nessler's reagent colorimetric method is commonly applied in testing ammonia and nitrogen of drinking water, surface water and waste water. Temperature is an important factor influencing experimental result. With the application of Nessler 's reagent colorimetric method, this research analyzes experimental results in different temperatures and identifies the most optimum temperature for testing ammonia and nitrogen, which is in order to improve testing accuracy.
