全要素分析法在地质灾害经济损失评价中的运用--以云南省大关县黄葛沟泥石流灾害为例
Application of Total Factor Analysis Method in Evaluation of Economic Loss Caused by Geological Hazard---Taking Huang Ge gully debris flow in Da Guan county of Yunnan Province as an example
摘要
Abstract
Based on the affected body loss value and affected body value rate,direct economic loss of geolog-ical disasters are evaluated,and 6 kinds of evaluation factor and calculating method of direct economic loss are put forward.And 7 kinds of evaluation factors and calculation method of indirect economic evaluation are pointed out. A case study,which could provide theoretical basis for the following the disaster prevention and reduction,is done on Huang Ge gully debris flow in Da Guan county of Yunnan Province.Results show that it is a geologic disaster and caused great economic loss.关键词
