业务持续规划及其在我国防灾事业的应用展望
Business Continuity Plan and its Application Prospect in Disaster Prevention in China
摘要
Abstract
Unexpected disaster events threaten the development of a city.In face of the more and more serious disaster prevention and reduction situation,Business Continuity Plan (BCP)of the developed countries in Europe, America,and Japan etc.plays a more and more important role in the construction of city public security.Accord-ing to BCP norms,guideline and planning results in Europe,America and Japan,the connotation,characteristics and content of BCP are introduced systematically.The relation between BCP and the related prevention and reduc-tion planning in some other cities are discussed.Finally,the current development situation of BCP in foreign coun-tries,and its function and effect in urban disaster prevention are introduced.The Enlightenment of BCP to China's urban public security construction and disaster emergency management,and the future prospect of the application of BCP in China are summarized.At present BCP has not yet been used in urban disaster prevention and mitigation in China,however,this new planning idea and practice is worth learning and reference,and should been applied more widely.关键词
