摘要
Abstract
The studies on Internet public opinions in domestic library and information field from 2004 to 2013 were analyzed by subject analysis,which showed that studies on the hot spots of Internet public opinions using bibliometrics and knowledge map were rather mature while studies on how library and information science provides the theoretical support for Internet public opinions in its service were immature. The problems in studies on Internet public opinions in library and information field should be further studied, including their objectives, theoretical support, techniques and application.关键词
