Abstract
The limitations of patent ranking were analyzed, followed by a description of the patent asset index, a novel approach to benchmark patent porifolios, which assesses patents according to their portfolios, market and technologies, and is thus a more accurate tool for assessing the value of intellectual property rights.关键词
