恶性肿瘤中 Yes相关蛋白与 p73作用关联的研究进展
Research progress of Yes-associated protein and p73 in malignant tumor
摘要
Abstract
Yes-associated protein ( YAP ) is a major regulator of Hippo signal pathway , which can promote cell proliferation and inhibit apoptosis .YAP expressed in many malignant tumor , such as breast cancer , lung cancer , colon cancer , stomach cancer and ovarian cancer , and it was significantly up-regulated .On the other hand , as a transcriptional co-activator ,YAP enhanced tran-scription of p73 to promote the cell apoptosis when DNA damaged .The process of preserve and regu-lating the intracellular environment , YAP bring into the different play .In this review , we will briefly discuss the action of Hippo pathway , YAP and p73 in malignant tumors , the specific regulatory mechanisms and the function of YAP and p 73 in tumor development .关键词
