C 臂 CT 在肝癌血管介入治疗中的应用

摘要
Abstract
Objective To discuss the application value of C-arm CT scanning technology in the interventional treatment of hepatic carcinoma .Methods In our hospital from July 2012 to Octo-ber 2013 , 70 cases were diagnosed by CT and digital subtraction angiography ( DSA ) in patients with liver cancer , 26 patients were performed enhanced C-arm CT before or after transcatheter arterial chemoembolization ( TACE ) owing to poor carcinomas′position or quantity and unclearly supplied vessels.Results Enhanced C-arm CT found 9 tumor lesions that general CT couldn′t find and 4 tumor lesions that DSA couldn′t find .26 patients of TACE after the C-arm CT scanning were found in 58 lesionsT.he average of tumor diameter was (32.63±11.52)mm.Twenty three out of 58 tumors diameter was less than 10 mm.Before TACE the detection rates of CT , DSA subtraction and C-arm CT imaging were 72.4%( 42/58 ) , 81.0%( 47/58 ) , and 87.9%( 51/58 ) respectively , the diffe-rence was statistically significant ( P<0.05 ) .Thiry five out of 58 tumors′diameter was more than 10 mm.For tumor diameter <10 mm, the detection rates of three methods were 60.9%(14/23) and 73.9%(17/23),87.0%(20/23) respectively,the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). For tumor diameter≥10 mm, the detection rates of the three methods were 80.0%(28/35),85.7%(30/35) and 88.6%(31/35) respectively with no significant differences (P>0.05).Conclusion C-arm CT can provide real-time, affluent and accurate images in the interventional treatment of he-patic carcinomas .It has higher value in optimizing interventional program and monitoring embolic effect real-time.关键词
