心肾综合征病理生理机制研究进展
Research progress in pathophysiological mechanism in cardiorenal syndrome
摘要
Abstract
Cardiorenal syndrome ( CRS) is the clinical syndrome with heart failure and kid-ney damage , there is a complex interaction between them .As the incidence of heart and renal disea-ses are growing , the incidence of CRS is increasing , it is an important and urgent topic in clinlic .To explore the pathophysiological mechanisms of CRS has an important theoretical basis and clinical guidance value for the prevention and treatment of CRS .Now that the cardiorenal interaction is the key of CRS, the pathophysiological mechanisms such as neuroendocrine system includeing the sym -pathetic and renin angiotensin aldosterone system , oxidative stress , inflammatory reaction and hemo-dynamics are involved .Recently the role of uremictoxins in CRS has been getting more and more attention.This article reviews the research progress of CRS ,offers the help for exploring the patho-physiological mechanisms , the prevention and treatment of CRS .关键词
