Traumatic spinal cord injury and hyperbaric oxygen treatment
摘要
Abstract
Traumatic spinal cord injury (TSCI) has a high morbidity and poor prognosis .The most common causes of TSCI are traffic accident and falls .The secondary injury of TSCI lasts a long period and the mechanism of TSCI is complicated and unclear .Hyperbaric oxygen( HBO) is one of the effective treatments for patients with TSCI .However , the weakness of emergency systems of TSCI and the immature conditions of HBO departments lead to pay less attention to HBO on TSCI .So the purpose of this paper is to review the effectiveness of HBO on TSCI , beginning time of HBO , mech-anisms, HBO preconditioning , and the influences of HBO on stem cell transplantation .关键词
