生物标志物在前列腺癌诊断中的研究进展
Research progress of biomarkers in diagnosis of prostate cancer
摘要
Abstract
Prostate cancer is the most common malignant tumor in male reproductive system, and ranks the second place among all male reproductive system tumor.Its morbidity has tight rela-tionship with age.The morbidity has increased greatly recently because of the aged population, hence it is important to emphasize on diagnosis and treatment in prostate cancer.However, prostate cancer is diagnosed at a relatively late phase due to lacking of specific symptom.So it is urgent to find some methods to diagnose prostate cancer at the early period.Biomarker is a set of biological substances which can be used to diagnose and treat cancer.There are many advancements about bio-markers in diagnosis of prostate cancer.In this paper, we will summarize these advancements about several biomarkers in diagnosis of prostate cancer.关键词
