摘要
Abstract
Thromboembolic complication is the main cause of death and disability during atrial fibrillation .Left atrial appendage in patients with atrial fibrillation is the position of the thrombus for-mation.Patients are not tolerated with side effects or trauma by treatment with anticoagulant or resec-tion of the left atrial appendage .The methods with percutaneous left atrial appendage transcatheter occlusion become popular and developed rapidly in recent years for prevention of thrombus formation in atrial fibrillation for advantage with little trauma , easy operated and less time-consuming .The re-search progress on left atrial appendage occlusion at home and abroad was reviewed .关键词
