Abstract
Objective To summarize the medical service experience of "Harmony Mission-2014", and to explore the useful method and approach of infection control in department of intensive care unit ( ICU) at hospital ship .Methods Analyzing the problem of ICU department in hospital ship firstly , and then setting up the institution of infection control and practicing in the medical ser-vice of"Harmony Mission-2014".Results One hundred and nineteen patients was admitted to ICU department at hospital ship in the whole mission .Among them ,one patient had the concurrent infec-tion of human immunodeficiency virus , syphilis and hepatitis C virus , one patient with the serious postnatal infection , one patient with the acute serious gastroenteritis , and two patients with pulmonary infection.The process of therapy was smoothly , and nosocomial infections was not happened .Con-clusion Some proposals about infection control in ICU department at hospital ship have taken .关键词
