Abstract
B7 homolog 1 ( B7-H1) , a member of B7 family of immunoregulatory molecule , was widely expressed in cells and organs , including heart, placenta, lung, spleen, lymph node, thymus, kidney, skeletal muscle, as well as fetal hepatic tissues .Also, it is highly expressed in tumor cells .It could be apoptosis of immunocytes through triggering the caspase cascade reaction by combining with programmed death-1 ( PD-1) , which finally resulted in tumor immune escape .Re-cently, extensive studies have been conducted to investigate its expression in malignant tumor , and its association with clinicopathological , prognostic and immunological factors .In this review , we summarized the expression of B 7-H1 in common malignant tumors .关键词
