琥珀酸美托洛尔缓释片在高龄合并快速永久性心房颤动治疗中的有效性和安全性分析
Analysis of effectiveness and security of etoprolol succinate sustained-release tablets in treating the elder patients of permanent atrial fibrillation with fast ventricular rate
摘要
Abstract
Objective To analysis of effectiveness and security of metoprolol succinate sus-tained-release tablets in treating the elder patients of permanent atrial fibrillation with fast ventricular rate .Methods Forty elder patients of permanent atrial fibrillation with fast ventricular rate were en-rolled in the trial , they were given small dose metoprolol tartuate tablet orally and gruadually in-creased dosage for 2 weeks.Then replaced by metoprolol succinate sustained-release tablets with ratio of 1∶1 and observed for 2 weeks.The patients symptom, 24 h mean heart rate, morning resting heart rate, mean blood pressure, and brain natriuretic peptide (BNP) individually recorded and analyzed . Results The average of target dose of metoprolol was ( 66.25 ±18.75 ) mg.Metoprolol succinate sustained-release tablets could improve patients symptom , 24 h mean heart rate , morning resting heart rate , mean blood pressure and BNP ( P<0.05 ) .By analysis with the holter , there were not found more longer R-R intervals when rearch the tartuate tablet (P>0.05).Conclusion In treating the elder patients with permanent atrial fibrillation with fast ventricular rate , metoprolol succinate sustained-release tablets are effectiveness and security , and worth to use in clinic .关键词
