多部门协作控制多重耐药菌医院感染的研究
Multi-sectoral collaboration control of nosocomial infections caused by multidrug-resistant organisms

Abstract
Objective To investigate the multi-sectoral collaboration control mechanism of multidrug-resistant organisms (MDROs) spread, improve the level of prevention and control of mul-tidrug-resistant organisms infection .Methods To establish the management team of multi sectoral collaboration of multidrug-resistant organisms infection , develop and improve the system process , clear responsibilities of various departments to carry out the task , we started multiple drug resistant target monitoring by using case tracing method for the whole treatment process of patients with multi-drug-resistant organisms infection to find the question .Using the question as a pointcut to process the tracing system according to the established evaluation factors including stage plan , training and edu-cation , supervise the execution , project monitoring and communication to feedback and improve the appraisal system by a joint meeting to analysis of advantages and risks , and problems needed to be solved .Results Multidrug-resistant organisms prevention and control measures put in place , before the use of antibacterial drugs , the pathogenic detection rate rised from 14.75%up to 22.47%( P<0.05 ) , multidrug-resistant organisms detection rate reduced from 32.96%to 26.63%( P<0.05 ) . Conclusion The multiple antibiotic resistant bacteria target monitoring as the basis , take the mecha-nism of collaboration management , tracking and inspecting system effectiveness and coherence com reduce multidrug-resistant organisms infection rate to improve the level of prevention and control of multidrug-resistant organisms infection .关键词
