摘要
Abstract
Dendritic cell(DC) is a kind of powerful professional antigen presenting cells in human, which plays a key role in the antigen specific immune response .Plenty of researches have proved the important role of DC in anti-cancer activity .Since the first DC-based product named Sipu-teucel-T or Provenge was licensed for treating the prostate cancer in 2010, especially the DC-based immunotherapy has been the one of the "hotspots"of anticancer research .We here summarize recent advances in the clinical research of DC-based anticancer immunotherapy .关键词
