Abstract
Emergency rescue food is a kind of things designed for dealing with accidents.It can satisfy the people’ s basic need for energy and nutrition, moreover, can relieve the feeling of fatigue created by hunger.The author gives an overview on domestic and international status quo and progress of modern emergency rescue food.关键词
