Abstract
With the popularity of 3G communications technology and smart mobile devices, information technology industries had a more and more in-depth impact on every walk of life, and the use of mobile APP (application) has become a part of modern life. Confronted with the opportunities and challenges, the APP positioning, basic concept, building elements and other related contents on disaster medicine were explored, aiming to promote the research and development of disaster medicine APP, and raise the levels of disaster medicine development in China.关键词
