摘要

Abstract

Spare power automatic switching device is mainly used for the incoming line , bus and transformer in substations of 110 kV and below. With the increasingly higher requirements of users on power quality , the user-oriented 10 kV tieline also needs spare power automatic switching device. Thus , spare power automatic switching device for tieline based on optical fiber communication is developed through cooperation. It is veri-fied that the equipment can realize mutual backup and quick switching between two 10 kV tielines. The uti-lization of this equipment improves the reliability of grid power supply and in the meantime achieves signifi-cant social and economical benefit.
