摘要
Abstract
The coordinated evaluation indexes of full-voltage power grid planning program mainly comprise of reliability, high quality economy and coordination indexes. According to the theory of moment estimation, the subjective weighting method and the objective weighting method are integrated to construct the combination weighting method considering objective and subjective influence and the comprehensive evaluation method;integrated and coordinated evaluation model of full-voltage power network planning program based on combi-nation weighting method is built. The example shows that the model is of operability, which not only reflects the subjective will of decision maker but statistics of objective data in the weighting, achieving reasonable re-sult. The model is applicable to comparison and selection analysis of grid planning program.关键词
