Abstract
For accelerating the start-up speed of steam turbine, shortening the warming-up time and improv-ing peak-shaving capacity of gas-steam combined cycle generating units, a two-dimensional axis symmetric model of steam turbine rotor is established, which obtains variation regularity of rotor stress during start-up by numerical simulation. On the basis of finite element calculation, the DCS configuration method is adopted to achieve online calculation and monitoring of units stress, and then the startup process is optimized. Compared with the original warm start-up process, the quick start-up process after optimization can shorten starting time by 40 minutes and annually increase economic benefit of 3.06 million yuan.关键词
