摘要

Abstract

By use of numerical analysis, circular tubes with different fouling thicknesses are numerically sim-ulated. In laminar flow and turbulent flow, the impact of fouling on velocity field, temperature field and pres-sure field as well as three-field synergy is investigated. The result shows that the synergy angles of velocity field, temperature field and pressure field change as the fouling thicknesses do, which therefore influences heat exchange intensity of heat exchange tube and power consumption for flow as well as comprehensive heat transfer coefficient.
