摘要
Abstract
In electric power projects, material procurement relates to the common interest of all parties in-volved in the project and is essential for achieving economical and social benefits. By analyzing drawbacks in traditional material procurement management process, the paper proposes an optimal management method for material procurement which combines new procurement settlement patterns, striving for information price and strengthening the quality inspection work. it is practically proved that the improved management method can not only ensure interests of all parties but also guarantee quality of materials procured, providing a good refer-ence to material procurement management.关键词
