摘要

Abstract

According to the status quo of sootblowing system in 600 MW unit boilers, this paper proposes a new type of intelligent sootblowing optimization system based on heating surface soot monitoring and elabo-rates on design idea and field implementation of sootblowing optimization system. By a series of sootblowing tests, accuracy of the monitored boiler data of boilers is checked and the newly established optimization mod-el is corrected. It is proved by actual operation that the sootblowing system can improve slagging condition of boiler heating surface and increase the performance of operation safety and economy of boilers.
