Abstract
In order to improve the efficiency of dust precipitator to meet national gas emission requirement, gas precipitators of four coal-fired units in Zhenhai Power Plant are renovated: the dust precipitator is trans-formed from single dust precipitation to composite electric-bag dust precipitation system comprising an upper-level electric precipitation and a lower-level cloth bag precipitator. After renovation, the precipitation efficien-cy is raised from 99.3%~99.5%to 99.9%, and gas emission concentration is reduced from more than 100 mg/m3 to 20 mg/m3, which meets the emission standard of national environmental protection requirement. The paper also gives some examples of common defects and treatment methods.关键词
