摘要

Abstract

For analyzing reasons of leakage current increase and local heating of the metal oxide arrester (MOA), this paper diagnoses the operating state of MOA by combining live testing record, power-off test da-ta, historical data and relevant regulations and determines that the MOA is in a state of serious defect. The uneven distribution of insulating strength, resistors aging of metal oxide at the bottom of the MOA and the de-crease of insulation resistance are found through disintegrating inspection and test.
