Abstract
Starting with the three dimensions of occupation burnout generation which the Eph Luton Berg raised, this thesis proposes prevention and intervention of college office secretary occupation burnout from the two aspects of individual and organization:correcting cognition,establishing a correct concept of occupation,and improving the compression ability to prevent occupation burnout;implementing the skill training for the secretary job,adherring to the people-oriented policy,clarifying job responsibilities and preventing occupation burnout.关键词
