A study on the key processing technology of 9 L2 1/3 1 crankshaft
摘要
Abstract
In view of the existing problems of inaccuracy and low efficiency in the processing of machining deep groove 9L21/31 crankshaft crank circular arc,which seriously affects the product quality,this thesis puts forward the modeling of crankshaft and analysis of the cutting process by means of three dimensional simulation using PRO/E software to optimize the process parameters and improve the processing technology.It's prored that the application of such technology can solve the difficulty of manufacturing process technology,reduce the manufacturing cost,and improve the production efficiency.关键词
