摘要
Abstract
Through the methods of questionnaire and interview,this thesis focuses on the investigation and analysis of the current situation of higher vocational students'internship in high-star hotels in Zhenjiang.The results show that payment level is generally low and labor intensity is large in Zhenjiang in high-stars hotels,management needs to be strengthened by the school side in the practice process,there are fewer practice guidance teachers,students'comprehensive quality of occupation is comparatively low,and that the orientation of the position for practice is not clear.The optimal measures have been taken from perspective of the school side,the hotels,students and the so-cial aspects to solve these problems.关键词
