Abstract
Leadership style is vital to the innovation performance of scientific research team.Some scholars believe that transformational leadership is more conducive to the innovation of scientific research team, and some scholars believe that transactional leadership has the same effect.They all neglected the influence of the subordinates matu-rity.Based on different team roles and different team task stages on leadership, appropriate leadership styles should be adopted, which stimulate the enthusiasm and potential of scientific research team members so as to enhance the research team innovation performance.关键词
