Research on the Emergency Organization System of Nansha Foreign Related Fishery Disputes
摘要
Abstract
A“crisis response Nansha foreign fishing disputes Command” was set up on the basis of established close coordination, communication mechanisms and the policy guidelines of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, and by following the principle of“people-oriented, prevention-oriented, comprehensive benefits, unified leadership”.It consists of two distinct duties conventional institutions including the“Nansha Foreign Affairs fishing disputes crisis response committee office”as well as “Nansha foreign fishing disputes crisis response expert advisory”. Constructing the emergency organization system is to prevent and reduce the negative impacts caused by Nansha foreign related fishery disputes.关键词
