摘要

Abstract

In the laboratory, the effects of different water velocities (0,0.5,1,2,4,8 cm/s) on the physiological indexes including the mass, the content of chlorophyll a ,the activity of SOD and CAT and the protein concentration of the Juvenile sporophyte ofSargassum integerrimum were studied aiming at proving references for the seeding production. .The results indicated that the effects of the water velocity on the ponderal growth and the biochemical indexes were significant. The mass grow fastest under the conditions of water velocities of 1 cm/s, 2 cm/s and 4 cm/s, with no significant difference among them. In terms of physiological indexes,the highest content of chlorophyll appeared when the water velocities are 1 cm/s、2 cm/s and 4 cm/s, with no significant difference among them. The lowest specific activity of SOD appeared when water velocities are 0.5 cm/s,1 cm/s, 2 cm/s , with no significant differences among them. The lowest specific activity of CAT appeared at the conditions of water velocities of 1 cm/s,2 cm/s , with no significant differences among them. The highest content of protein appeared at the conditions of water velocities of 1 cm/s, 2 cm/s, 4 cm/s , with no significant differences among them(P<0.05). On the whole, in the speed ranges, the indexes all changed regularly with the increasing of water velocity, and in terms of juvenile sporophyte culture, the ranges of water velocity from 1 cm/s to 4 cm/s are more appropriate.
