Abstract
Objective:Based on principles of adjusting heart and liver , observe the clinically curative effect of combined acupuncture and ear bean in the treatment of attention deficit hyperactivity disorder among children . Methods:A retrospective analysis from January 2011 to January 2013 in our hospital child care specialist psy-chological diagnosis of 80 cases of children with attention deficit hyperactivity disorder children , Single and double day method for random grouping , the one -day diagnosed and willing to accept acupuncture and the treatment of children with ear beans into treatment group (40 cases);the two-day diagnosed and willing to ac-cept the drug hydrochloric acid ritalin hydrochloride retard -20 tablet treatment of children as control group (40 cases),one month for a period of treatment, after three courses of treatment ,then observe the curative effect . Results:According to the curative effect of western medicine decision criteria ,in the treatment group the cura-tive rate was 20%,and the total effective rate was 97.5%;in the control group the curative rate was 7.5%,and the total effective rate was 85%,and the difference was statistically significant .According to the curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine decision criteria ,in the treatment group the curative rate was 42 .5%,and the to-tal effective rate was 97.5%;in the control group the curative rate was 32 .5%,and the total effective rate was 85%, and the difference was statistically significant .Conclusion:Acupuncture combined with ear bean for at-tention deficit hyperactivity disorder in children is worth popularizing in clinic .关键词
