摘要
Abstract
Objective:To investigate the mechanism of tonifying and replenishing the middle Qi in the treatment of obstinate facial paralysis .Methods:Total 52 patients were involved in this study and were randomly divided into two groups with 26 patients in each group.The patients in test group were treated by acupuncturing the point Fengchi(G20),Hegu(LI4),Baihui(GV20),Zusanli(ST36),”four points around eyes ”,”six points on face”and supplemented by warm needling and pressing moxibustion on papers , while the control group only re-ceived needling ”four points around eyes ”,”six points on face ”and Hegu(LI4).Results:Total effective rate in the test group was 96.2%,which was better than that in the control group (73.1%).Conclusion:The meth-od of wam needling acupuncture based on the theory of tonifying and replenishing the middle Qi plus pressing.关键词
