赤芍与白芍脐中穴给药的药理作用比较研究
Pharmacological Effects in Comparison between Radix Paeoniae Rubra and Radix Paeoniae Alba Umbilical Acupuncture Points
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To explore the effect of difference between radix paeoniae rubra and radix paeoniae alba in the umbilical acupuncture point for pharmacological action .Methods:Select the umbilical acupuncture point for drug delivery .Investigate radix paeoniae rubra , radix paeoniae alba emplastrum umbilical acupuncture point sticking on mice ear swelling caused by dimethylbenzene , acetic acid in mice body torsion reaction and the in-fluence of the platelet aggregation induced by ADP and thrombin .Results:Compared with blank control group , radix paeoniae rubra emplastrum group had significantly analgesic action and inhibited platelet aggregation ( P<0 .05 );Radix paeoniae alba emplastrum group had a significantly analgesic action ( P<0 .05 );Sanjie analgesic capsule and cassia twig tuckahoe emplastrum had an obvious anti -inflammation and analgesic action and plate-let aggregation ( P<0.05 );Radix paeoniae rubra , radix paeoniae alba emplastrum group on mice ear swelling induced by xylene and compared with blank group , there was no significant difference , but all showed a trend of effects .Cassia twig tuckahoe emplastrum group and radix paeoniae rubra emplastrum compared group , also had an effect on enhancing trend , but there was no significant difference .Conclusion:Radix paeoniae rubra in um-bilical acupuncture point has analgesic action , anti platelet aggregation ,and root of herbaceous peony in the um-bilical acupuncture point to medicine has an analgesic effect .关键词
