麦粒灸辅助治疗进展期胃癌回顾性分析
Retrospective Analysis of Efficacy of Moxibustion Adjuvant Therapy on Advanced Gastric Cancer

Abstract
Objective:Based on the early effects of treatment , the therapeutic effect was retrospectively ana-lyzed by using grain moxibustion treatment for advanced gastric cancer for five years and 50 cases of effective medical records were included .Methods:50 cases of patients were treated with grain moxibustion and Zusanli ( ST36 ) and Weishu ( B 21 ) were the main acupoints , to observe the digestive symptoms after one month of treatment.Patients were evaluated by using the EORTC QLQ -C30 and repeated the evaluation after six months.Compare with the first medical treatment .The study recorded the time in which the patients were trea-ted with moxibustion and therapeutic effect of moxibustion .The median survival time five years after surgery was recorded .Results:After one month of treatment , the digestive symptoms such as bloating , anorexia , nausea had significantly reduced .Patients were evaluated by using the EORTC QLQ -C30 and repeated the evaluation after six months,compared with the first medical treatment .Overall health score of patients was significantly improved ( P<0 .05 ) .The scores of fatigue , insomnia , and other digestive symptoms had improved ( P<0 .05 );the time that 61 .5%of patients treated with moxibustion was equal to or more than six months;for the patients who were first received moxibustion treatment , the time of therapeutic effect of moxibustion was 7~14 days.Five years after surgery, the median survival time was 57.2 months.Conclusion:As to the adjuvant therapy for advanced gastric cancer , the moxibustion can relieve digestive symptoms and improve quality of life .Becausee it is effec-tive, simple and easy to operate .In the clinic it is worthy of development and application .关键词
