摘要
Abstract
Objective:To observe the clinically curative effect of Si Nisan acupoint application on CFS with liv-er-depression and spleen -deficiency .And to observe the changes of IL -2 and IFN-λ.Methods:60 stand-ard CFS patients were randomly divided into treatment group ( Si Nisan acupoint application ) and control group ( Oral administration of fluoxetine hydrochloride ) ,and each group had 30 cases.After one month of treatment , we compared the efficacy in the treatment group and control group .Results:After the treatment , the symptom scale , DSI and SAS were reduced in both groups .While these factors in the treatment group reduced much more than those in the control group ,and there was a statistical significance ( P<0 .01 ) .The IL-2 and TFN-γwere improved in both groups , and there was a statistical significance in the treatment group , while the con-trol group was not .The total effective rate in the treatment group was 90%, while in the control group it was 63.33%.There was a significant difference between two groups ( P<0 .05 ) .Conclusion:Si Nisan acupoint ap-plication can improve CFS patients ’ clinical symptoms , depression state , anxious state and immune function .关键词
