体针与耳穴贴压并用对肝火旺盛型经行头痛患者经期血浆 AVP含量的影响OACSTPCD
Infulence of Body Acupunctuer a nd Auricular Acupressure on Plasma AVP in Patients with Menstrual Headache of Hyperactivity of Liver Fire
目的：初步探讨体针与耳穴贴压并用治疗肝火旺盛型经行头痛的作用机制。方法：将85例患者随机分为两组，治疗组43例以体针与耳穴贴压并用的方法治疗，并设口服盐酸氟桂利嗪胶囊（西比灵）患者42例为对照组。观察头痛症状积分变化，以判定临床疗效，同时从两组中各随机抽取30例进行治疗前后经期血浆血管加压素（ AVP ）含量变化的检测。结果：治疗组总有效率为95.35％，对照组为80.95％，治疗组总有效率优于对照组（P＜0．05）；两组头痛症状积分较治疗前均明…查看全部>>
