针灸治疗急迫性尿失禁诊疗特点文献分析
Literature Analysis on Diagnosis and Treatment of Acupuncture and Moxibustion for Urgent Inconinence
摘要
Abstract
Objective:To explore the diagnosis and treatment of acupuncture and moxibustion for urgent in-coninence .Methods:We searched the literatures related to urgent inconinence treated by acupuncture and moxi -bustion in CNKI(1979~2011),VIP(1989~2011),CBM(1979~2011),PUBMED(1966~2011),then sum-marized the clinical characteristics of syndrome differentiation , acupuncture points selection method , acupunc-ture frequency , course of treatment and treatment effect on chronic noninfectious diarrhea by acupuncture and moxibustion .Results:The main acupuncture points chosen in the 19 articles in the frequency order were Huiy-ang ( BL-35 .12/17 ,70 .6%) , Ciliao ( BL-32 .9/17 ,52 .9%) , Shenshu ( BL-23 .7/17 ,41 .2%) , Zhongliao (BL-33.5/17,29.4%) and Sanyinjiao ( sp -6.6/17,35.3%).The percentage of electroacupuncture was 70.6%(12/17);treating frequency was once a day and 20 times was a therapy course .Conclusion:In treating urgent inconinence by acupuncture and moxibustion , acupuncture points selection by disease differentiation was the common method.The main acupuncture points applied in urgent inconinence were Huiyang (BL-35),Cil-iao(BL-32),Shenshu(BL-23),Zhongliao(BL-33)and Sanyinjiao(sp-6).In Clinical practice for treating urgent inconinence by acupuncture and moxibustion , once a day .Acupuncture and moxibustion had a good long-term effect and were better than tolterodine tartrate tablets and pelvic floor muscle training .关键词
