摘要
Abstract
The author has searched the literatures related to elongated needle therapy applied for the clinic dis-eases from CNKI , VIP, CBM and PUBMED , summarizes and analyzes the characteristics and applications of e-longated needle .The clinical indications of elongated needle are including prostate disease , lumbar disc protru-sion , stroke and sequela of apoplexy , gastroptosis , shoulder periarthritis and trigeminal neuralgia .The fre-quently used acupoints , the acupoints ’ depth and the treatment episode vary from different diseases .However , the most common frequency for acupuncture in different diseases is once a day .The acupuncturists should make use of the strictly sterilized acupuncture needle , carefully control the safety direction of needle tip and the safety depth of needle body , appropriately exert the strength in moving needle and slowly remove the needle without extra obstruction when they use the elongated needle therapy in clinic .At the same time , acupuncturists should be careful to avoid injuring patients ’ internal organs when needling the acupoints located at chest , back and lower abdomen .关键词
