针灸对妇科肿瘤病人化疗后癌性疲劳影响的研究
Effect of Acupuncture Therapy on Cancer-related Fatigue of Patients with Gynecological Malignant Tumor after Chemotherapy

Abstract
Objective:We used brief fatigue inventory ( BFI ) and symptom of Chinese medicine scores to as-sess the effectiveness of acupuncture for cancer -related fatigue ( CRF) in patients with gynecological malignant carcinoma.Methods:By perspective, clinical research randomized method , based on 120 patients with cancer-related fatigue in the gynecology of Harbin Medical University Cancer Hospital .The patients were ran-domly divided into normal trial group ( 40 cases ) , medicine group ( 40 cases ) and control group ( 40 cases ) . The patients in the two intervention trial groups were treated by acupucnture therapy , oral american ginseng re-spectively, from the first day of chemotherapy .Acupuncture sessions lasted 20 miniutes, and 3 times weekly, while patients of medicine group with 2000mg/d,3 times daily, totally 3 weeks.The control group had no treat-ment.The outcome indexes were measured in the first , the third day of chemotherapy and after three weeks . SPSS13.0 was used for data analysis .Results:Before therapy , the differentiations of cancer -related fatigue scores of three groups were not evident in statistics ( P>0 .05 ) .After chemotherapy , the scores of the three groups became higher than before (P<0.01).The scores of the two intervention groups were much lower than that of the control group and this was considered to have a statistical significance ( P<0 .01 ) .The scores of BFI and response rate of symptoms of Chinese medicine of symptoms of acupuncture group showed no significant improvement compared with medicine group ( P>0.05).Conclusion:The acupuncture therapy can treat the cancer-related fatigue and improve the quality of life for patients with gynecological malignant tumor after chemotherapy treatment.The use of acupuncture should also be tested to be the most effective and convenient method for CRF .关键词
