针药结合调节抑郁症患者 Th1／Th2平衡的研究
Th1/Th2 Balance on Depression Patients by Acupuncture Treatment Combined with Antidepressant

Abstract
Objective:To evaluate the clinical efficacy on depression by acupuncture combined with SSRI anti-depressant , and to discuss its functional mechanism on Th 1/Th2 balance .Methods:122 depressive patients were randomly divided into two groups , acupuncture with antidepressant group and control group .The control group(61 cases) was treated with Fluoxetine Hydrochloride tablets , whereas the acupuncture with antidepres-sant group was treated with acupuncture combined with Fluoxetine Hydrochloride tablets .Four weeks was as a course .HAMD and SDS were used as clinical evaluation scale .The serum secretions of IFN -γand IL-4 were detected by ELISA method .Results:After one course treatment , there was a significant difference between two groups on HAMD and SDS points ( P<0 .05 ) ,and the therapeutic effect was better in the acupuncture with antidepressant group than that in the control group (P<0.05).The secretions of IFN-γin both groups were remarkably lower than pre -treatment ( P<0 .05 ) .The secretions of IL -4 in both groups were remarkably higher than pre-treatment (P<0.05).The difference between two groups on IFN -γand IL-4 after treat-ment was significant ( P <0.05).Conclusion:Acupuncture combined with SSRI antidepressant has a good effect in the clinic , and its functional mechanism may be related to adjusting the balance of Th 1/Th2.关键词
