摘要
Abstract
Objective:To study acupuncture combined with monosialotetrahexosylganlioside sodium in the treat-ment of refractory peripheral facial paralysis .Methods:According to random number table ,40 patients with re-fractory peripheral facial paralysis were randomly allocated into an observation group with 20 cases and a control group with 20 cases.The control group received acupoint sticking treatment , retaining needle for 30 minutes, neutral supplementation and draining method ,once a day and lasted three months for a course .The observation group received the same acupuncture on the basis of the control group ,and injected 2ml of monosialotetrahexo-sylganlioside sodium at the points of the diseased side ,03.~0 .5 ml on every point ,twice per week ,and it lasted three months for a course.Observe indexes chosen Hous -Brackmann facial nerve rating scale (H-B),and clinical therapeutic effects were compared by the statistical analysis .Rseu lts:House -Brackmann scale was compared:There was no significant difference in two groups for patients before treatment ( P>0 .05 );The obser-vation group had a statistically significant difference between before treatment and after treatment ( P<0 .05 );the control group had a statistically significant difference between before treatment and after treatment ( P <0.05 );there was a statistically significant difference between the observation group and the control group ( P<0 .05 ) .H-B therapeutic effects were compared:There was a statistically significant difference after the treat-ment of two groups .The efficacy rate was 70%in the observation group and 50%in the control group .Conclu-sion:Acupuncture combined with monosialoterahexosylganlioside sodium is an ideal method for treating refracto -ry peripheral facial paralysis.关键词
