Abstract
Objective:To observe the electric acupuncture combined with shoulder control training for shoulder joint subluxation after stroke .Methods:60 patients with shoulder joint subluxation after stroke were randomly di-vided into a treatment group with 30 cases and a control group with 30 cases.The treatment group was given e-lectric acupuncture combined with shoulder control training .The control group was given the shoulder control training .Observe effects in two groups and make a comparative analysis .Make an objective evaluation on the e-lectric acupuncture combined with shoulder control training for shoulder joint subluxation after stroke .Results:According to alleviating pain of the shoulder , improving the function of shoulder joint activity ,the clinically cur-ative effect in the treatment group was superior to that in the control group .The difference was statistically sig-nificant ( P<0 .05 ) .Conclusion:Electric acupuncture combined with shoulder control training can effectively improve the function of the shoulder joint subluxation after stroke and its cause by obstacles , and ease the pain of the shoulders .关键词
