Abstract
Objective:To explore the clinical effects of combined Yin-Yang adjustment acupuncture with re-habilitation training on lower limb muscle tension and function in post-stroke patients,finding effective ways to improve the dystonia after stroke.Methods:Sixty post-stroke patients with spastic paralysis were randomized into a treatment group and a control group, with 30 patients in each group.The treatment group received com-bined Yin-Yang adjustment acupuncture and rehabilitation training ( n=30 ) , and the control group received combined traditional acupuncture and rehabilitation training(n=30).The intensity of spasm effect, improving muscle tension scores and FIM scores of lower limb muscle were assessed before and after treatment in both groups.One course of treatment consisted of 10 days.Treatment was given for a total of 3 courses.Results:Af-ter treatment, the treatment group had a significant improvement in evaluation of Ashworth score effect,and the efficiency and total effective rate between the two groups also had a significant difference(P<0.05);the com-parison of improving Ashworth index, FIM index between the two groups also had a significant difference( P<0 .05 ) .Conclusion:Combined Yin-Yang adjustment acupuncture with rehabilitation training can significantly improve lower extremity motor function and reduce muscle tension of stroke patients with pastic paralysis.关键词
