Abstract
Objectiv e:To study effects of a combined regime of acupuncturing at Neck-Jiaji and massage in the treatment of cervical spondylosis with nerve root type and make a preliminary revelation of mechanisms by auricular-plaster and body acupuncture.Methods:131 patients were randomly divided into two groups.The treatment group received acupuncture at Neck -Jiaji combined with massage and the control group received treatment with massage.A comparison was done according to the clinical overall therapeutic effect, special func-tion exam and image indexes.Results:The treatment group was better than the control group in clinical overall therapeutic effect.The control rate was 43.76%( 28/64 ) in the treatment group, and the control rate was 36.67%(22/60) in the control group,which had a significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:The thera-peutic effect on treatment of cervical spondylosis with nerve root type by acupuncturing at Neck -Jiaji combined with massage is better than that only with massage.关键词
