Abstract
Objective:To observe the clinical effect of repetitive transcranial acupuncture technique on hemifa-cial spasm.Methods:60 patients with hemifacial spasm met the inclusion criteria and according to visiting se-quence they were randomly divided into a treatment group ( repeated transcranial technique combined with acu-puncture) and a control group ( acupuncture) ,with 30 cases in each group.The treatment lasted four weeks to-tally for 28 days, treatment for six days in a week, rest one day.Improvment of the clinical assessment of the efficacy based on Cohen Albert was analyzed.Results:After the treatment,in both groups the muscle spasm in-tensity grading and clinical assessment of efficacy were improved, but the treatment group was more significant than the control group ( P<0.05 ) .Conclusion:Transcranial repeated acupuncture treatment for hemifacial spasm has a significant effect.关键词
